I called this plumber because I was having an issue with my hot water supply. If my granddaughter had a bath at my house, I would run out of hot water and have no hot water left for the rest of the day.
I was told the problem could be fixed, and I paid $650 for the work. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed to say that the problem has not been resolved.
I have since tried to have a bath myself and can still only fill my spa bath to about one-third full before running out of hot water. I understand that it is a spa bath and requires more water than a standard bath, but my hot water system holds 300 litres, so I expected the issue I called about to be properly addressed.
For $650, I expected the hot water situation to be noticeably improved. As it stands, the problem is essentially the same as it was before the plumber attended, and I feel I have not received value for the money I paid.
I would have preferred to leave a positive review, but unfortunately I cannot recommend the service based on my experience. I hope the company will contact me and properly address the issue.

Proper notice was given prior to work commencing. Work was carried out within notified times. Site was properly secured to allow drying of concrete. barriers an boards covering the work were put in place for a reasonable period before being completely removed.

Made initial contact online, they replied back within an hour. Arranged a convenient time to inspect and create a Quotation, this was all done on the same day. Approved the Quote, they then confirmed when they could come to do. They then reconfirmed the appointment the day prior, very organised. Work performed by David & John was above my expectations. Astounded …. At just how terrific these guys were. From the quick response to my request to arranging asap call out. I had a leaking tap that caused damage to both my floor and wall and David Frith Quality Plumbing Services were absolutely brilliant. I've been using David Frith Quality Plumbing Services for various jobs over the past 4 years and have consistently found them to be professional and respectful. John always takes the time to explain exactly what needs to be done and why. Due to a council gum tree root invasion I recently needed to have my entire sewer line replaced which wasn't going to be quick, easy or cheap . John, Luke and Abbey did a fantastic job and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I will continue to use, and can highly recommend John and the team for any plumbing issues.

Luke gave a very thorough inspection and analysis of our issue with noisy water flow, gave us a few options, then set about and fixed the problem. He was friendly, professional and great at explaining the problem and the best way to fix it. We thought he might need to make a second visit for the repair, but he went to get what he needed and returned to complete the job. Well done and thanks, Luke. We now have zero noise!
